Today I tried to play Hungerstrike on my guitar while listening to the real thing on MP3 player thru headphones. I recently "just noticeably improved" on this song and wanted to see if I could keep up. I kind of can...so I decided to burn a CD so I can play along with this and other songs I've been working on. Yay! Each one is on three times in a row to make it easier to just keep practicing. List of songs:

that's awesome. :) hungerstrike is the only one i know though. you could post youtube videos as you learn new songs. :)
ReplyDeleteI made a really crappy video of myself tonight playing different things for 9 min. Then I went on Windows Movie maker and made a clip of 45 seconds of it, but IDK if I want anyone to see it. It was not as great as I was hoping, and actually I was laughing at the video because i looked so serious! and pissed off too, altho I wasn't--I was just a little impatient with myself, but boy does it show in my face! It's so weird to see yourself in a video (of any kind) and this was the first time I was in one! Plus I think my guitar sounds out of tune sometimes even tho i just got a "set-up" and tuned it myself. But YouTube is a goal of mine too!
